To celebrate its 90th Anniversary WDS is staging an ambitious production of the classic John B. Keane play Big Maggie.
Written by John B. for Waterford’s legendary actress, Anna Manahan, the play was last staged by WDS in 1993 with Frieda Ryan playing Maggie Polpin. Frieda moves to the director’s chair for this production and Denise Quinn will take on the role of Maggie. A large cast of talented actors has been assembled for the production and a dedicated hard-working production team is in place to ensure that this will be a production worthy of the 90th anniversary of WDS.
An unfunded amateur group WDS is asking for your support to assist with defraying the considerable expenses that will be incurred in staging this production, one of our most ambitious and costly in recent years.

This contribution helps defray the cost of design and printing our 90th Anniversary Souvenir Programme. You/your company name will be credited as the page sponsor on a page of the Programme, and you will receive 4 complimentary tickets and Programmes for a night of your choice
Sponsor: €100
This contribution helps defray the cost of the production. You will be credited as a Sponsor in the Programme list of Sponsors and receive 2 complimentary tickets for a night of your choice.
Supporter: €50
You will receive a complimentary Programme, and you will be credited as a Supporter in the Programme list of Supporters.
