This is Waterford Disability Network’s second consecutive year running this event which also proved a great success. The aim of this event was to raise awareness to those most vulnerable whom struggle with Mental Health.

The event was delivered on a positive note which concentrated on building resilience  around our thought process and to promote a positive Mental attitude whilst having guest speakers share their own personal journeys as well as offering their services to those who are most vulnerable. A list of services which are available in the city were also shared with those in attendance on the night.

Waterford Disability Network office can be contacted for a copy of the services available should anyone like to request it. Waterford Disability Network would like to thank all of the guest speakers, some who travelled to participate in the event and those who came and supported on the night.

Waterford Disability Network also wish to announce that due to its popular demand, Peace of Mind, is now being added to their yearly calendar of events and look forward to seeing you all again at the end of the year.
