THREE WEEKS TO GO

ADHD in Business Conference 2026

The Edge of Different Minds

Thursday 19 November 2026 | Ardmore Suite, Tower Hotel, Waterford | 9:00am to 5:30pm

This is the final week of ADHD Awareness Month. October has been about understanding ADHD. November is about putting that understanding to work, and that is exactly what the ADHD in Business Conference is built for. Waterford Chamber is one of our Gold Sponsors.

"I'm delighted to bring this conference to Waterford in November. Awareness opens the conversation. This day is about what business owners, leaders and teams do next: practical tools, real expertise and a plan you can use immediately" Evelyn Fitzmaurice, Founder, Ezmar Event Management

ADHD in Ireland: the numbers

  • An estimated 160,000 to 170,000 adults in Ireland have ADHD, and most are undiagnosed (ADHD Ireland).
  • 9% of Irish adults believe they have ADHD, according to the CSO Healthy Ireland survey. That is a self-perception figure, not a diagnosis, but it shows how many people recognise themselves in it.
  • Half of new referrals to HSE mental health services are for ADHD (ADHD Ireland).
  • Unsupported adult ADHD is estimated to cost the State €2 billion a year (ADHD Ireland).

Behind every one of those figures is a colleague, a client, an employee or a business owner. This conference is about helping them, and the businesses they work in, perform at their best.
