Waterford’s dynamic business community will be celebrated in style at the Waterford Chamber Business Expo, taking place on Thursday, April 23rd from 4pm to 7pm at George Corbett Motors on the Cork Road.
Free to attend and open to the public, the Business Expo will bring together businesses of all sizes, sectors, and stages of growth, creating a powerful platform for networking, collaboration, innovation, and regional economic promotion.

Designed to reflect the evolving landscape of modern business, the showcase will feature five carefully curated zones, each highlighting a key pillar of growth and opportunity.
A Five-Zone Experience
The Innovation Zone will spotlight cutting-edge ideas and technologies, headlined by South East Technological University’s Lean Industry 4.0 (Li4), Ireland’s National Centre of Excellence in Lean Industry 4.0. Attendees can engage in interactive experiences including an AI Drop-In Clinic, live panel discussions, expert sessions, and a €10,000 Transformation Challenge aimed at driving real business impact is up for grabs.
Start-Up Alley will provide a vibrant platform for emerging businesses, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs to showcase their ideas, connect with potential customers and collaborators, and gain valuable exposure within the wider business ecosystem.
Taste of Waterford, in partnership with Taste Waterford, will celebrate the region’s exceptional food and hospitality sector. Featuring local producers, restaurants, and artisan brands, this zone will offer live tastings, demonstrations, and a unique opportunity for businesses to connect directly with consumers and corporate audiences.
Industry Explore will bring together established SMEs and leading organisations across sectors including manufacturing, construction, finance, recruitment, and professional services, with a strong focus on networking, collaboration, and career opportunities.
The Sustainability Hub, developed in collaboration with South East Technological University, will highlight sustainable business practices and innovation. Timed to align with the launch of SETU’s Sustainability Strategy, this zone will feature practical guidance for businesses at every stage of their sustainability journey.
