October is ADHD Awareness Month, and the conference is building momentum. We've been on 96FM, we'll feature in The Munster Express, and interviews with ROS FM and Dundalk FM are coming up.

ADHD in Business is Ireland's first full-day, in-person conference on ADHD in the workplace and business.

Around one in seven people are estimated to be neurodivergent, and an estimated 3 to 4% of adults have ADHD. That means people on every team and in every business. Come yourself, send your team, and learn from leaders and strategists how to make the most of ADHD strengths at work and manage the challenges well.
 

About the Conference

ADHD in Business looks at ADHD through a business and workplace lens. The focus is on practical value: how different minds lead, build companies, make decisions and perform at work, and what businesses can do to get the best from every member of their team.

Across a full day of talks, panels and networking, delegates will hear from founders, strategists, HR leaders and business owners who bring real expertise and practical takeaways they can use the following Monday. Sessions cover leadership, strategy, systems and productivity, finance, entrepreneurship and building inclusive, high-performing workplaces.

The conference is for business owners, leaders and anyone who works with people. That includes entrepreneurs, managers, HR professionals and decision-makers across Ireland, as well as anyone who has ADHD or works alongside people who do.
