Specialisterne Ireland are offering free training for Irish SMEs and Microenterprises. Specialisterne Ireland specialises in providing employment support for neurodivergent individuals and work with employers to create inclusive workplaces.
As part of our work with the Neurodiversity at Work project funded by the European Union, we are holding FREE training sessions for organisations to raise awareness about the increasing importance of the topic 'Neurodiversity at work'.
These training sessions will give you the opportunity to learn some practical tips and recommendations on how to cultivate neurodiverse workplaces. We will be running these training sessions throughout February.
We will be covering the following topics:
- Neurodiversity Awareness – Friday 2nd February 10am-12pm
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Friday 9th February 2pm-4pm
- Retention & Development/Design of the Work Environment – Friday 16th February 10am-12pm
