The Regional Leaders Programme provides a unique platform where talent is fostered, ideas are shared, and ambition is encouraged. Initiatives like this will ensure that the South East continues to thrive as a place of opportunity, resilience, and growth.”

Speaking at the launch, Chamber President Kevin Doolin said: “At its heart, the Regional Leaders Programme is about people. It is about harnessing the incredible talent, ambition, and vision that exists in our region and ensuring it is given every opportunity to flourish. To keep pace with the rapid changes in business, technology, and society, we need leaders who are adaptable, resilient, and innovative. That is exactly what this programme is designed to support.”
