Waterford Chamber is pleased to invite expressions of interest from our members to take part in a unique opportunity to pilot the RESET Workplace Well-Being Programme in Waterford.
Following the 2024 launch of Mistaken Identity by Doug Dane, the RESET Programme—developed by Dane himself—will be delivered in Waterford by trained facilitator Linda Barry. In partnership with Healthy Waterford, this initiative is designed to create a healthier, more resilient workforce by addressing the root causes of stress, burnout, and low engagement in the workplace.
What is RESET?
RESET is not your typical wellness initiative. It’s a six-week, guided leadership and well-being program based on Doug Dane’s book Mistaken Identity, which helps participants reframe how they think, feel, and lead—starting from within. Rather than simply addressing surface-level symptoms, RESET targets the underlying issues around self-image and workplace conditioning.
The program helps participants:
- Improve clarity, confidence, and communication
- Reduce stress and burnout
- Foster a healthier, psychologically safe culture
- Lead by example and positively influence teams
An Exclusive Opportunity for One Waterford Business
Through this pilot, one company will be selected to receive:
- Full delivery of the 6-week RESET Programme (virtual or hybrid)
- Training and materials for team participation
- An employee well-being impact assessment
- Recognition as the lead pilot partner for RESET in Ireland
We invite interested Chamber members to submit an expression of interest to be considered for this impactful opportunity. This is your chance to position your organisation as a leader in workplace well-being and be at the forefront of innovative mental health initiatives. Ideally your company will have 20-25 people available to take part in the programme.
If you are interested in taking part, please email gerald.hurley@waterfordchamber.ie
