Believe in Your Story: Own It, Elevate Your Impact is a 45‑minute workshop designed for national finalists and members who want to communicate their story with greater clarity, confidence and presence. Reaching the Businesswoman of the Year finals is an achievement in itself - but what often sets finalists apart is not only what they have accomplished, but how effectively they communicate their story and the impact behind it.
Marketing and storytelling expert Amy O’Sullivan, founder of AOS Consulting and former National President of Network Ireland, will share practical insights on personal branding, visibility and interview preparation. Drawing on over a decade of experience in digital strategy, branding and content creation, Amy will guide attendees in shaping a compelling narrative, articulating achievements with confidence and expressing their values and impact in a way that resonates.
To complement this strategy, Baya Salmon Hawk will introduce simple EFT Tapping techniques to help participants manage nerves, regulate emotions and stay centred under pressure. Her approach blends professional training with deep intuitive practice, offering practical tools to help attendees feel grounded and steady ahead of interviews or important conversations.
