Its time…
Time to start talking about MOSH….

What can we say about this show.. we’ve waited for over a year.. and finally, it’s on the horizon.
A high-octane dance theatre and music show about community, moshing and heavy metal culture.
Created in the depths of Garter Lane Arts Centre by Dance Artist in Residence Rachel Ní Bhraonáin, travelled on to critical acclaim here and abroad, just sold out in Dublin, MOSH is about to explode in front of a Waterford audience for the first time. So, you can’t say you weren’t warned.

Rachel has taken on the MOSH pit!  Grabbed it by the scruffy neck and placed it on the stage in all its raw, tumultuous, sweaty, visceral, loud and explosive manifestations. Spectacular movement, raucous ensemble surges, swelling sounds, but don’t take our word for it, here’s what the Guardian had to say:
“The sound of the guitar hits you in the gut, along with the singer’s full-throated, death-metal growl. In the middle of the crowd is a circle of thrashing bodies, hair flying, limbs everywhere, bouncing off each other. The mosh pit.” – Lyndsey Winship, The Guardian

Experience the culture of moshing elevated, platformed, explored and given space in all its glory. We know you will want to be there at Garter Lane Theatre on 10th & 11th July, because you simply do not want to be one of those who has to say they missed an Irish Times 5 ★★★★★ reviewed show.
Touring nationally, supported by The Arts Council, WC&CC and Garter Lane Arts Centre, Rachel is bringing her banger of a show back home… spread the word far and wide.
