Entitled Influence to Win: How to Communicate, Persuade and Sell Smarter in the Future Marketplace is a practical, focused session designed to help SMEs upskill, adapt and grow.

In today's crowded and competitive marketplace, information alone is no longer enough to win customers. This workshop explores how modern businesses must shift from  simply promoting products to building influence. Attendees will learn how to communicate more persuasively, position themselves as  trusted authorities, and use smarter sales strategies to reduce price pressure and  increase conversion.

Practical, relevant, and commercially focused, this session will equip business owners with the tools to stand out, build stronger relationships, and drive sustainable growth.
