I’m really excited to share – a FREE 7-Day Smovey Challenge for Parkinson’s, starting Monday, May 26th at 7:30 AM.
This challenge includes:
- 30 minutes of gentle, guided Smovey movement
- Followed by 15 minutes of educational tips and nervous system regulation techniques
Why after movement? Well, research shows we retain information better after exercise, so we’re putting that science to the test – Parkinson’s style!
You asked, I listened – so this challenge will be available on Zoom AND Facebook Live, giving you flexibility to join in whichever way suits you best.
Here’s what you need:
- Your own pair of Smoveys (if you don’t have them yet, visit smoveyhealth.com – your future self will thank you!)
- A good attitude, a splash of curiosity, and pen & paper for all the tips and techniques afterwards to slow progression of Parkinson’s
