Process Optimisation
A process optimisation project can map the steps in any process, either in relation to manufacturing processes or service processes. Such mapping enables a detailed review of the process to determine where and if it can be optimised in order to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Route To Market/ Customer Interface
Our Customer Interface projects will analyse how you approach your audience / chosen market segment. RIKON will assess the existing go-to-market strategy including tactics used for audience building, segmentation, targeting and positioning. The team will also analyse the company’s content strategy and use market-leading software to assess Keyword use and Analytics performance. Following completion of an Enterprise Ireland Innovation Voucher project, your company will have a clear and fully informed route-to-market roadmap.
