Entries are being accepted for the 2022 Waterford Business Awards from October 1st. The awards are designed to recognise excellence in business across Waterford City & County and are organised by Waterford Chamber, in collaboration with Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber, with support from Waterford City & County Council and WLR.
The full list of categories is as follows:
1. Entrepreneur of the year
2. New business of the year
3. Marketing excellence
4. Technology, Research and innovation
5. Excellence in Sustainability
6. Tourism Excellence
7. Best food and beverage producer
8. Business of the Year (UP TO 20 PEOPLE)
9. Business of the Year (21-100 PEOPLE)
10. Business of the Year (100+)
11. Customer Service excellence
The judging panel, which is chaired by Noel Kelly, will also select the coveted Overall Business of the Year, which is sponsored by Waterford City & County Council, as well as an Exceptional Achievement Award.
All businesses located in Waterford City and County are encouraged to enter, whether you are a Chamber member or not. You can enter the Waterford Business Awards here, where you will also find full criteria and an outline on each category.
The closing date for nominations and applications for the Waterford Business Awards is Friday, 11th November 2022.
