About Smart Move Properties
Back in 2018, Fiona & Andrea, each with in excess of 20 years’ experience in the property market, joined forces and started Smart Move Properties and have never looked back since. From small beginnings on the Lower Yellow Road, the business grew over the years; so did the staff, with the business eventually outgrowing the Yellow Road office and in 2023 moved to the ground floor office in Cretzen House on The Quay.
Smart Move Properties is a fully PSRA Licensed company with four licenced property service providers. Our approach to property is tailored to each client's needs and we endeavour to provide a prompt and efficient service acting in the best interest of our clients, whether selling, renting, or managing properties.
