What a lovely evening we had on 26 June as we officially launched our newly renovated guest rooms at Viking Hotel Waterford. Our invited guests enjoyed delicious food and drinks, live music and the chance to explore the stunning new rooms, designed by renowned architect Hugh Wallace.
