The pilot is been developed in partnership with Healthy Waterford and aligned with the Healthy Ireland Framework, this webinar will introduce RESET – Well-Being for Teams, a new 12-week workplace intervention programme designed to support leaders in embedding sustainable well-being practices within their organisations.
RESET is based on the work of Doug Dane, author of Mistaken Identity, and focuses on how self-image and identity influence mental and emotional well-being, stress responses, leadership behaviours, and workplace culture. Rather than addressing symptoms such as burnout or disengagement, RESET works at a deeper level—supporting leaders to align their own well-being so they can lead healthier, more resilient teams.
The session will also include insights from the recent Waterford pilot with the Southern Regional Assembly, and outline opportunities to participate in the full programme, including a special enrolment rate currently available for a limited number of places.
If you are involved in shaping workplace well-being initiatives—or know colleagues who are—we encourage you to attend and to share this invitation within your networks.
