The International Coaching Federation, Ireland Chapter (ICF Ireland) has partnered with Waterford Chamber and Waterford Chamber Skillnet on the new Regional Leaders Programme, which commences this coming October.
Having the endorsement of such a high-profile organisation shows just how impactful the Regional Leaders Programme has been over the past seven years, according to Gerald Hurley, CEO Waterford Chamber.
“ICF Ireland is the leading organisation in the country in terms of coaching. To date we have focused on mentoring alone, but having a team of experienced coaches now volunteering with the programme brings it to a new level.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone in business looking to advance their career. Getting to work with experienced ICF coaches, along with a range of incredible business leaders over a six month period can be life changing.
“The Regional Leaders Programme is designed by the business community, for the business community, under the guidance of our partners Bausch + Lomb, and with an alumni of over 500 people, this is a very powerful network of business people supporting each other.”
Building on other ICF partnerships such as with Ulster University and Northside Partnership, ICF Ireland continually seeks opportunities to enhance the role and impact of coaching in society.

Thanks to the funding support of Waterford Chamber Skillnet, the cost of the programme has been reduced from €395 to just €296, making this programme the best value for money in terms of leadership development training.
