Designed to support individuals, families, and professionals, this 90-minute live webinar will guide participants through 18 practical, easy-to-follow steps across three key areas:
- Mental
- Physical
- Spiritual
The session combines science-based insights with holistic practices, providing tools that can be easily applied in everyday life.

About Irene Treacy
Irene Treacy is Ireland’s only dedicated Parkinson’s coach, with over 10 years’ experience supporting people living with Parkinson’s to improve their quality of life. She is trained in PD Warrior and Parkinson’s Regeneration Training, and is also a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a qualified yoga and meditation teacher, smovey coach, and neurocoach.
