About Us
SETU Novus is a wholly owned subsidiary of South East Technological University, operating a diverse portfolio of commercial services and facilities across Waterford.
Our operations include SETU Arena, one of the South East’s largest sports, fitness and events facilities, alongside student accommodation, food and beverage services, the Student Card Office, and sports and societies.
Serving students, staff, businesses, sporting organisations, event organisers and the wider community, SETU Novus plays an important role in Waterford’s hospitality, events, sport and leisure sectors, while supporting the continued growth and development of the SETU campus.
