Market Dynamics offers a full range of market research services to enable our clients to broaden and retain their business. The company was founded in 2003 by John Gilsenan to provide high-quality market research services to clients in Ireland and the UK.

Services include customer satisfaction, market opportunity surveys, online surveys, strategic plans and white papers. We ensure that the most robust, cost-effective and innovative methodologies are implemented to meet our customers’ business requirements and to maximize their return on investment.

Market Dynamics' Director, John Gilsenan, has worked in the international market research industry since 1989. At AGB UK (now part of Taylor Nelson Sofres), the largest market research company in Europe, he focused on industrial market research before joining IDC, the global ICT consultancy, in 1992. At IDC John headed the UK Consulting team before becoming Research Manager of IDC’s European Services research group.

In 1998 he moved to Frost & Sullivan where he developed a consulting practice focusing on research into the IT and telecommunications industries. He set up their Internet Research Group in 2000 and went on to become head of ICT Research for the European region. In early 2002, John formed his own research organisation in the UK and a year later returned to Ireland. Market Dynamics was founded in early 2003 to provide market research services and consultancy to clients in Ireland and the UK. He continues to act as a consultant for both Frost & Sullivan and IDC.
