About Us

My name is Lisa O’Reilly and I am a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Founder & CEO of LOR Property Solutions. I began my property journey when I project managed the building of my own home at just 25 years old. During this time, I climbed the corporate ladder in many multinational companies including Ernst & Young, GSK and Teva which gave me a passion for adding value through project management. I now use my financial and project management skills to turn vacant properties into nice homes. I help people who need to sell their property quickly and with certainty or indeed provide homeowners with a guaranteed rental income.

I believe that given the shortage of houses to rent in Ireland, there should be no vacant property on the market and equally, tenants should not have to accept poor quality housing just because they have little choice.

My passion is to educate property owners how to make their property more financially viable for their personal circumstances and, if appropriate, provide the vehicle to make that happen. My professionalism ensures that everyone receives impartial property advice that is easy to understand.

Outside of my professional life, I have a young family who keeps me very busy and when I can find time, I enjoy travelling, reading a self-development book with a nice glass of red wine… oh and I enjoy the odd spa treatment also!
