HumanEdge+ exists to help organisations use AI safely, responsibly, and in line with regulatory expectations — without slowing teams down or over-engineering governance.
HumanEdge+ was created in response to a growing gap between how AI is actually used inside organisations and what regulators now expect leaders to be able to demonstrate.
In most organisations, AI adoption begins informally. Staff experiment with tools to draft emails, analyse data, summarise documents, or support decision-making. This delivers real productivity gains — but often without clear boundaries, oversight, or accountability.
Under GDPR and the EU AI Act, responsibility for how AI is used sits with the organisation, not the individual employee. Informal usage is treated the same as formal deployment when something goes wrong.
