The new ISO standards programme was launched by Volkswagen in 2022 and is awarded to dealers who successfully complete a comprehensive audit by a factory trained auditor. The programme not only assesses the standards of a dealer’s premises but audits in extensive detail customer service processes, administration quality and digital systems.
