The 4 star Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre in the heart of Waterford City has recently been awarded the Gold Award by the Irish Accommodation Services Institute.
The IASI was founded in 1985 and its remit is to promote best practice standards across the accommodation field. The IASA award is the industry’s premier Accommodation Award. Each year, the IASI sends accommodation providers a list of standards which should be met in order to be eligible for an award.
The hotel’s accommodation team is managed by Ileanna who is assisted by 2 supervisors Julie and Lara, and a team of hardworking colleagues.
