Recent guidance on safety risks for employee mental health.
The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health ( IOSH) recommends the development of a structured approach to the problems of workplace mental health and provides guidance to its members to think prevention, safety, compliance, risk assessment, and employee support therapy.

The new ISO standard published in July 2012 is in the form of guidelines that addresses psychological health, ISO 45003 Occupational health and safety management – Psychological health and safety in the workplace – Guidelines, will provide guidance on the requirements of ISO 45001 with respect to managing psychological health and safety risks within an Occupational Safety Management System, based on the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational health and safety management system standard

A 3 hour online certified learning course will take place on Thursday 21st of September 2023 from 2pm to 5pm Irish Standard Time (IST UTC + 01 00)
