Emerging as The Irish Times Best Place to Live in Ireland is a wonderful endorsement of Waterford as a great city, with strong community ties, a rich arts and culture scene, a high calibre talent pool and a bright future.
 
Waterford City & County Council, together with The Irish Times, will host a celebration and exploration of what makes Waterford Ireland’s Best Place to Live, on Friday April 29th 2022 in the Theatre Royal, Waterford. 
 
Featuring The Irish Times editorial staff, and local business people, we will explore:
  • The region’s burgeoning talent pool.
  • Our sustainable future.
  • Waterford culture, community & connectedness. 
  • Waterford City & County Council Chief Executive, Michael Walsh in conversation with Conor Goodman, Managing Editor of The Irish Times. 
Registration begins at 9am with refreshments and light lunch served at 1.30pm.
