Job Description                     
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our expanding team. We offer flexible working options including a hybrid model. The role could be full-time or part-time, but the candidate must be available on 4 of the 5 work days. The role will be based in Waterford.

The successful candidate must have a qualification in Business , Computer related discipline or 6 months experience in a similar role. Attention to Detail is essential in this role.

Responsibilities/ Duties:       
Work closely with the sales & marketing manager to monitor tasks in marketing plan including the following duties
  • Marketing Campaigns - Manage the execution of marketing campaigns (using MS Dynamics and MailChimp & social media channels)
  • Marketing Collateral – including updating of customer presentations and collating marketing content for completed projects.
  • CRM – database cleaning and updating
  • Daily Meetings – attendance at daily meetings and follow-up on tasks to be completed as assigned.
  • Other administration tasks to support the smooth running of the department and KPI reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
The chosen candidate must have
  • Minimum level 5/6 qualification in Business administration or IT related discipline (Essential)
  • 6 months Administration experience in a similar role ( Essential )
  • Familiarity with CRM
  • Knowledge of marketing campaigns and execution
  • Experience in MS PowerPoint and marketing collateral
  • Be very meticulous and can work to deadlines. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English communication is essential.
