The Coastguard Cultural Centre Tramore is delighted to announce that our annual Christmas Lights display returns this year from Saturday 9th December 2023.
Our ‘Star of Hope’ is back in its place of prominence in the gardens after a slight revamp and will be joined by a unique Metal Man light filled sculpture to celebrate his 200th birthday this year!
There will be several opportunities in the garden to take a seasonal photo with the family and to post that all important letter in Santa’s post-box.
The Centre will stay open late on the following evenings for some seasonal drinks and treats, along with the chance to buy a gift from our crafts shop, which includes stock from Isabel’s Place Dungarvan
Late Openings until 8pm will be on Saturday 9th, Friday 15th, Saturday 16th and Friday 22nd December 2023. Subject to the weather of course.
Why not drop into the Coastguard Centre this Saturday afternoon, 9th December at 4pm when we’ll have the formal switch on of the lights. We are delighted to say that local musician Brendan McCarthy will be with us to provide some much-needed entertainment and get the event off to a good start!
Happy Christmas from The Coastguard Cultural Centre Team and the Directors of Tramore Development Trust.
