DESCRIPTION:Mental Health & Exercise with Elaine Grogan\n\n\n\nElaine will be looking at the huge benefits exercise has on our mental health and our general well-being.  This is for a very broad audience from the Sunday strollers to our more active/competitive attendees.\n\n\n\nElaine Grogan as the Health and Performance Coordinator for UPMC's Institute for Health which is based at UPMC Sports Medicine Clinic in WIT Arena.\n\n\n\nElaine graduated from IT Carlow with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy and has a keen interest in and love for all areas of health\, exercise\, and injury rehabilitation. \n\n\n\nShe currently co-ordinates our Institute for Health programmes for Osteoarthritis\, ExWell Medical\, and Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation. Elaine also works closely with individuals through their rehabilitation programmes and athlete performance testing.
