DESCRIPTION:The 233rd Annual General Meeting of Waterford Chamber and the 33rd Annual General Meeting of Waterford Chamber of Commerce\, a Company Limited by Guarantee\, will take place at the Granville Hotel\, Waterford on Monday\, 24th August at 5.30pm.\n\n\n\nPlease note that this meeting should conclude no later than 6.30pm   registration and light refreshments will be available at 5.00pm to ensure a prompt start.\n\n\n\nMinutes from 2019 AGM are available here and a copy of the financial accounts for the year ended 31/12/2019 are available here. Treasurer's presentation of the Financial Report for the year ended 31st December 2019\n	Reappointment of the Auditors\n	Authorise the existing Board of Directors to continue in office until 2021 AGM and approve the disapplication of Article 45 of the Articles of Association for that purpose*\n	Authorise the existing Treasurer to remain in office until the 2021 AGM and approve the disapplication of Article 46(e) of the Articles of Association for that purpose*\n	Election of and address by incoming President\n	Election of Deputy President\n	Election of Vice President\n	Any Other Business\n\n\n* To ensure continuity of the Board during these challenging and unprecedented times\, and the difficulties arranging elections during Covid-19\, the proposed resolutions to the Articles of Association are as follows: \n\n\n	"That the existing board of directors\, with the exception of Jacqui Kielthy and Ken Thomas who have both retired as Directors\, shall continue in office until the 2021 AGM and the retirement provisions contained in Article 45 of the Articles of Association shall be disapplied accordingly."\n	"That Martina Curtin shall continue to act as Treasurer until the 2021 AGM and the provisions of Article 46 (e) shall be disapplied accordingly."
