Members see recruitment and retention as being one of their top 3 challenges of doing business in 2023.\n\n \n\nCompanies will have representatives on the day to speak to potential employees\, take CVs and meet privately with interested parties. In addition\, we are looking at hosting a number of workshops throughout the day\, to include interview preparation\, CV building and more.\n\n \n\nWe have the full support of the Department of Social Protection\, who will contact their clients across the region encouraging them to come along\, as well as providing advertising support across their websites and social media channels. We also have a large number of attendees already registered to come along on the day.\n\n \n\nWaterford Local Enterprise Office have also agreed to promote the event\, along with Waterford City & County Council and the other regional Local Authorities.
